If you believe that content was removed from yufap.com as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with Section 512(g) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
To be valid, your counter-notice must include:
- • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- • Identification of the material removed and the location (URL) where it previously appeared
- • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the removal was a mistake or misidentification
- • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where the service provider is located)
- • Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-notices should be sent to legalyufap[at]gmail.com. Upon receiving a valid notice, we may forward it to the original complainant, who will have 10–14 business days to initiate legal action. If no action is taken, the content may be restored.
